Participation
of large constituency will be devoted to identify and to attract constituency
and constituency contributions, to RURAL WINS Thematic Network. The
consortium is so designed as to have easy access to constituency all
around EU and NAS countries, and all around the ICT life cycle.
The consortium
has divided geographical responsibilities to access and involve local
players by means of several mechanisms: distribution of project literature;
participation in workshops which will have a public dissemination
slot, access to RURAL WINS web page, delivery of material for analysis
and discussion. These will complement the contractors habitual relational
marketing.
